# Phân tích kinh doanh

Phân tích mô hình kinh doanh của các doanh nghiệp thuộc nhóm Ngân hàng

Cấu trúc đặc biệt của **Phân tích kinh doanh** cho phép người dùng có thể hiểu rõ *lợi nhuận* và *chi phí* đến từ từng mảng kinh doanh khác nhau, đóng góp vào lợi nhuận chung của doanh nghiệp.

Giúp cho nhà đầu tư nhìn rõ được mảng kinh doanh, tài sản nào đóng góp ra sao cho bức tranh tổng thể kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp theo từng ngành nghề đặc thù khác nhau.

Gồm 3 phần chính: bảng cấu trúc lợi nhuận, bảng tăng trưởng theo thời gian và so sánh cùng ngành.

Ở Bảng cấu trúc lợi nhuận bao gồm:

* NIM
* CAR
* Tài sản sinh lời
* Các khoản nợ chịu lãi suất
* Thu nhập lãi
* Chi phí lãi
* Lợi nhuận từ hoạt động NHTM (Thu nhập lãi thuần; Thu nhập ngoài lãi)
* Lợi nhuận từ hoạt động khác (Bảo lãnh phát hành TP, Dịch vụ môi giới, Dịch vụ ủy thác & đại lý)

Ở biểu đồ tăng trưởng theo thời gian bao gồm:

* Sơ đồ tổng thu nhập hoạt động
* %YoY

Ở biểu đồ so sánh cùng ngành bao gồm:

* Tổng thu nhập hoạt động của từng ngân hàng
* % YoY
