# Case study

**Case study 1: Làm sao xem được năng lực trả lãi của tổ chức phát hành? Tổ chức phát hành có dấu hiệu trả chậm lãi hay không?**

1.Vào tab Trái phiếu >> Trái phiếu doanh nghiệp >> Tổ chức phát hành

2.Gõ mã doanh nghiệp cần tìm

3.Xem trong cột Sự kiện tín dụng (xem tổ chức phát hành xem đã có vi phạm nghĩa vụ trả gốc / trả lãi hay chưa)

Gợi ý: với các doanh nghiệp đã từng có vi phạm trong quá khứ, cần nghiên cứu sâu thêm về khả năng trả nợ trong tương lai

4\. Xem chart Dòng tiền phải trả từ trái phiếu dự kiến để xem áp lực trả nợ của tổ chức phát hành.

Gợi ý: Chuyển sang period Quý hoặc Năm, để xem liệu trái phiếu của NĐT mua có nằm trước hay sau maturity wall (áp lực trả nợ đến kỳ) hay không, và có khả năng rủi ro gì không?
