**Case study 1: Làm sao có thể tính được giá trái phiếu thả nổi?**

1.Vào tab Trái phiếu >> Định giá2.Gõ mã trái phiếu cần chọn >> ví dụ: VBA12001 >> Trên bảng Kịch bản dòng tiền sẽ hiển thị tất cả dòng tiền của mã. >>

Mã trái phiếu này là trái phiếu thả nổi hoàn toàn, với benchmark được FiinGroup theo dõi hàng ngày liên tục

•Trên Bond Portal có 30 benchmark khác nhau

Nâng cao:

Từ benchmark, sẽ có được dòng tiền tương lai chiết khấu từ ngày giao dịch (có thể thay đổi ngày này khi nhập giá trị thay đổi)

•Người dùng có thể tự thay đổi Coupon ở các năm, để xem các giá trị của năm tiếp theo thay đổi như thế nào. •Khi tổ chức phát hành mua lại >> người dùng có thể xóa bớt các dòng tiền tương lai. Toàn bộ giá trị lợi suất, giá sạch giá bẩn sẽ được tự động tính lại và hiển thị trên bảng tính.

3\. Sau khi sửa đổi, người dùng có thể lưu tên kịch bản mà mình vừa edit để sau này dễ dàng tìm lại
